  For the most part the cashiers are nice and friendly but the store is lacking in management - items frequently out of stock, staff does not know where items are stocked, the deli counter is unstaffed when the individual goes on their break. Also, they seem to keep prices higher than other stores, perhaps they are counting on the 'regular' neighbourhood shoppers won't travel to the much better choices (and with better produce!) of IGA on Sir Wilfrid Laurier or Metro Plus on Lapiniere. Even Super C on Taschereau has a better selection and better quality produce than this Provigo, and for the price that they charge it shouldn't be this way.
