  Wow, just got a whole whack load of attitude for asking the use of brown rice instead of white rice at Sushi Shop in St-Lambert. Yelling at me and telling me that if I want brown rice, I only can take the fish combo - but I'm a strict no-fish vegetarian. Erm, no thanks. I normally never get any issues, just a small surcharge. Anyways, not impressed.

  It used to be great, I used to go all the time, but it changed drastically over the past months. Either you have to wait for hours to get an order, either you get horrible service. The last time I went, the employees were talking very loud in Chinese, their conversation was way more important than serving me. I used to go once a week, everything was great, clean and fast. The cashier took some sauces out, some had leaked so instead of giving me a good one, she went to rince the little cup of sauce with water and gave it to me all wet, wet filthy mâ sauces, let's not talk about the filthy floors! I asked her politely and with a smile to change my dRippy dirty sauces and she say noooo they clean, I put water now while making Chinese jokes to her employes, were not in a nail salon here, it's rude and it's gross. When ordering sushi, you expect cleanliness. Lastly, it would be great to serve customer in a decent English or French, because I don't care, I'll speak both, but at least speak one of them, or hire a cashier who speaks another language. Sadly, I'll never go again, unless there's a change of employees or owners.
